Day Sixty-Seven Make Effort –On Your Behalf
If I sit here and keep watching or playing devastating scenes over and over, my life will pass by and my mind will continue to grow in devastation. Robbing me of living my actual life now.
This is not a good thing, but it is a good day to make an effort on my own behalf. To search for the strength to move away from feeding my eyes with sorrow, and move toward feeding my mind with something hopeful, like calling a friend and saying, “help, I am stuck in my head with stinking thinking” or committing to getting together with friends and change the damn scenery from devastation to elation. Nothing changes, if nothing changes.
