Day 38: Journal Volume l -Learning to Think Higher Up

Take a *Free Daily Walk* & Journal thru my book-series w/Me-Now

Today’s RJL is about choosing to flip the struggle, the stress, and the hoopla of life on a daily basis. The day passes just the same no matter how we respond to it. So why not say, “this is enough” or "the struggle stops here" and limit our worry time to 2 minutes on each matter, and move on.

In recovery, we teach one another to come back to -now. We can’t always solve something -Now, but we don’t have to dwell in it either. We look at possible solutions and apply them in this moment. Somehow this action of care hits our heart and we find ourselves joined in a better view of our life.

Heading into my day now, I am reminded to limit the airtime that I give to my worries of this, that, and the other thing. I’m reminded to deal with the matters at hand, as they come up today. To reach Higher Up to appreciate that right now is all that I have, let me not waste it in disabling behaviors. Instead, I can choose to take action to live my life, right now, at its highest level by sharing the heart of me in some manner with the people around me. You can do this too, -if you choose to.
