Day 44 Journal Volume l -Learning to Value Guidance
📕Take a *Free Daily Walk* & Journal thru my book-series w/Me-Now
Today’s recovery journal is about being open to new ideas of living our lives. Through observation and personal experience, we welcome the insight of others to balance our daily life. We value experience, strength, and hope.
In recovery, this is all we do. We share our experience with life, what we did that worked for us. We share our strength that comes from -a loving and caring Higher Power, regular people, and other people living in recovery that help us to stand up. We share our hope, that any person seeking a new way to live can find it. We show them how we found it. Do you want some recovery today?
As I head into this day, I am reminded to let a recovery mindset flow over my world, as my Higher Power intends. I want my Higher Power to know I still welcome and value guidance to live my life. I’ll make good on my words to HP through my actions. Though it may not seem that way at moments throughout the day, I’ll remember to keep the day simple, by sharing my experience, strength, and hope in some manner with the world around me. You can do this too. If you choose to.
