Day Fifty-Seven -Chill, & Take Care of Yourself
If your mind wants to take a break, just let it. Remember, everything you are, and everything you are doing, can be traced to your love of God or others. Sometimes we are so busy, we forget how important it is to relax, with the ones we say we love.
To be at our best the mind needs to rest. By remembering this you will know it’s okay to chill and take care of yourself. It is definitely an important part of our journey to do so.
