Today’s recovery journal meditation is about not being stagnant. We move forward by allowing ourselves to think first and then choose. We stand behind our choices -when we take responsibility to live-out our lives to the best of our ability, and adjust it when off base.

*This is the Excerpt from my book-series, “I didn’t ask to think this way, I just do...” that I am relating to. Book l Visuals, p.73, Recovery Journal Volume l, p.144.

Day Sixty-Two -Making a Decision

There are times you just have to stop considering an idea and just let yourself have the experience, then you will actually have some experience to consider. Asking too many people, can be as bad as not asking any, because it adds to our confusion.

There are some things in life that don’t have easy answers and some things we just have to decide for ourselves. We have to grow up, make decisions, and be accountable to them. After we make a choice and follow through, you will either do it again or not. But, now you will know.
