Lead by Example pg.17

Just being the best version of you that you can be right now, -is the best example we can exhibit. People in recovery of past were disgraced to have problems with addictions because that was the sign of the times. In today's world we need to see the constant the rise and fall that we go through and the many ways we get through life by making better choices. And to stand up publically without shame of who we are. People need to see more real people living productively in today's world -not some fabricated illusion of someone else's ideals.
