Take 5 minutes to breathe relief inward and stress outward. Sometimes people don't want to stop because -there are realities we would rather not face. We learn to slow it down a bit and live the day as it is and choose what we are going to do with our fears. Do we Face Everything And Recover or Forget Everything And Run. The former is the Higher road that doesn't leave you strung out or emotionally

hungover in the morning.
