Today’s recovery journal meditation is about looking for and finding our Higher Power anywhere at anytime, and absorbing our HigherPower’s light to walk forward, no matter what.

Day Sixty-Nine There Is Always a Way -Reach

If the lights of night go out, because of Man, feel your sorrow. Then look at the beauty exposed high in the sky. Watch carefully the deep darkness, be rained on by the light of a million stars that God has meant for us to ponder.

There is always a way to reach out from what’s occurring. It will do us well to realize, there always seems to be something having a negative impact on something, that comes from somewhere, that we have to rise from. More times than not it is from our own hand. No matter the cause, we need direction to not get caught up in darkness. It would do us profound justice to let God’s light reign in us, for this short time. God is truly in the darkness, and is with us in our darkest of moments.
